Clarie Chan is Kiki’s mother, a classically trained pianist and violinist, and an early mentor in both music and mindset. A former student instructor at a student string ensemble, Clarie laid the foundation for Kiki’s musical journey from a young age, nurturing her love for harmony, discipline, and expression.

Professionally, Clarie is the Founding Managing Director of Iconomy Corporate Consultancy Pte Ltd, Group CFO of Iconomy Group of Companies, and Vice Chairperson of Iconomy Foundation Limited. With a BSc (Hons) in Accounting and Finance (London) and advanced training under the Chartered Valuer and Appraiser Programme (NTU, Level 3), she brings deep expertise in business valuation, capital markets, and financial governance.

Clarie is a seasoned accounting and investment banking professional, having led IPO and listing efforts for companies on NASDAQ and OTCQB, with audit training under PCAOB standards and working proficiency across IFRS, SFRS, and US GAAP.

At home, she plays a central role in shaping Kiki’s values and vision—bridging creativity and commercial thinking with quiet strength and enduring belief in what a child can become when guided with love and trust.
